Take your sports training to the next level with Yoga for Sports. Whether you’re training for a sporting event or want to be ‘game day ready’ for your everyday activities.  This series is for you.   In each class, you will practice yoga asanas and breath exercises sequenced to enhance both physical and mental agility, strength, flexibility, and focus for peak performance, reduced recovery, and overall wellbeing.
