In this class, we will learn yoga to find a medium place – doing just enough to help the process of healing but not too much so inflammation is the result. Each class will introduce principles of yoga for those that have never practiced or done yoga before. It also welcomes those that are versed in yoga but suffer from pain or arthritis and are looking for a new way of moving.
