Twisting is particularly helpful to ignite the fire within and balance the elements of the cool, wet, early Spring season.  Ellen invites you to come and revolve your body, and in the process revolutionize your mind.

The twisting, or “parivrtta,” action in asana practice brings many physiological and psychological benefits, such as — improved mobility of the spine, a “squeeze & soaking” of the organic body to cleanse and detox, an aid in digestion, improved circulation, and refreshes the mind.
