Class and Workshop Policies

Refund Policy

Please note that all purchases are final, there are no refunds on classes or workshops.

Workshop and Class Cancellation Policy

If a class is cancelled due to weather, teacher emergency or other circumstances out of our control, either the class will be rescheduled or students can make up the missed session in a class of equal or lesser length.

We reserve the right to cancel a class in the event of low registration. If you are pre-registered for the series, we will contact you directly.

Set of Classes Policy

All sets of classes are valid for a specific amount of time from date of purchase.

Set of 5 classes – Two Months

Set of 10 Classes – Three Months

Set of 20 Classes – Eight Months

All purchases for any sets of classes, or drop-ins are final. A set of classes may not be shared or transferred. Each student must have a separate account. A set of classes does not cover workshops, unless specified. A set of classes is valid for regular classes only.

If you registered for a class, and were not able to attend it you do not lose that class. You may take another class of equal or lesser length within the time span of your set of classes.

Extraordinary Circumstances

In case of any extraordinary circumstances contact us directly. We will address each situation on a case by case basis.

Change of Registration

After you have registered for a workshop, there will be a $25 fee assed for any change in registration. Please submit your requests in writing.
