In this workshop we will work toward restoring the natural rhythm of your hips, using the tools of Iyengar Yoga to understand and help create healthy movement in the hip joints.
Using yoga asana as our signpost, we will look at postural patterns, and how each yoga pose is about shape, breath and dynamic movement.

Yet the potential of movement in the hips is greater than routine motions would suggest, and the price of underuse is high.”
