Classes at Studio Yoga
Studio Yoga offers weekly classes in yoga, meditation, dance, tai chi, pranayama, pilates, and children’s classes in addition to workshops and events.
At Studio Yoga we practice and teach yoga in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar. In each yoga class we seek to maintain the integrity of body by respecting alignment and honoring limitations. While at the same time we challenge you by focusing in each pose seeking to create and develop strength, flexibility and space.
All classes are welcoming of new students, we ask that you reserve your space in advance by booking your classes through Mind Body Online. You may also e-mail or call our office to make your reservation.
