Kerry & Gauri teach mindfulness meditation and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

In this series we will learn methods to develop a daily meditation practice. Regular meditation offers a life filled with balance and confidence. It has been proven to lower blood pressure, stress and prevent illness. It can bring harmony to relationships, and ease painful experiences. We all wish to increase our joy and happiness. Only through looking within can we truly find peace.
These classes are suitable for all ranges of experience from complete beginners through to advanced practitioners. Everyone is welcome!

To be at ease amidst life’s ever changing circumstances is why we meditate. This course will explore four simple Buddhist meditations for cultivating a calm, clear and focused mind, a mind free from worry, fear and unnecessary chatter. Everyone is invited whether you’re new to meditation or seeking to rejuvenate your practice.

Each class will begin with a guided meditation, followed by a talk which allows time for questions and answers. The class concludes with an ending meditation. While taught as a series, each class is self-contained.
